It's been a while hasn't it? I'm still alive and going strong, some what rather. To keep things short ProtoWhale won't be active for quite some time. The reason for this is simply because my laptop crashed. Being the person that I am, I didn't bother to back up any data so all the files for ProtoWhale were lost. For now I'm some what computer-less. My laptop was sent back to the manufacture to be fixed, and it won't be back until a month later. Boo... so see ya sometime in the near future hopefully...

Some Ranting

I’m dying; figuratively of course, and physically to some extent. I think I’m going to drop out of college and get a real job. Something that can actually earn me some money instead of having me wastes money. This week alone I spent like $200 on books; oh and $10 on lunch, but that was worth it. Man, I should’ve majored in drama or something. The books there are so cheap, it’s like buying paper. Oh, speaking of paper, homework for engineering classes can’t be done on just any piece of paper; it has to be “engineering paper”. Like what the $&#%?! I think that’s about it, yeah, school really sucks.

I just noticed something, there’s a lot of spelling errors and grammar mistakes on ProtoWhale. I should really start to double check these things; yeah, I’ll do that sometime this week. So please bear with this horrible English for the time being. =)

Happy New Years & Then Some

Hey there, hope everyone had a great Christmas. Mine was alright, I had to spend time with the relatives and that wasn’t very fun. But nonetheless, I did get some pretty cool gifts. Anyways, the New Year is just around the corner, and with that it’s time for some new New Year’s resolutions. This time around, I’m keeping it short. For me, it’s goes:

- Complete my Dragonball DVD collection
- Work on getting my six-pack
- Pass all my classes

Yep, short and simple, if you got any New Year's resolutions feel free to share them via comment. I like hearing what others have to say.

And for something site related, I’ve added a new drawing to the portfolio page. I drew it a while back, but never really got the time to finish it until now. So here it is!

Happy Christmas!

Saying “Merry Christmas” is becoming quite outdated nowadays. Instead, HAPPY CHRISTMAS! This way, it’s like saying “Happy Holidays” and “Merry Christmas” at the same time, and won’t offend anyone hopefully. So from all of us here at ProtoWhale (which consist of only myself) have a safe and Happy Christmas!

Validated!

ProtoWhale’s CSS has been validated! This isn’t much of any news, but I needed something to keep the site lively. Anyways, I was browsing around the internet and saw all these websites with this HTML/CSS certified logo. And in the process I got the CSS checked out. After working out some minor bugs in the coding, the script was validated. Sadly though, the HTML portion was not. There were three errors that I couldn’t resolve. My coding skills aren’t all that great so maybe that explains it. Here’s that valid CSS logo that everyone else has now on display here!




And before I forget, ProtoWhale has a new affiliate, Cyanide. It’s an awesome website that offers high quality graphics. So give Cyanide a click or two!
